has been a long time I couldn't control my own emotions. somehow, after a long time I was so tired like this. tired, really tired. I want to be able to control my emotions. I've read an article, to be successful I should be able to control my emotions. do you know? when you were emotions, your brain is running slower than it should. sucks, doesn't it? honestly, I couldn't control my emotions well. when you're in an emotional state, you definitely won't be able to think clearly. emotions run faster than your brain, and unconsciously, things unwanted can happen. emotions may make you accumulate setres. and stress can make you can't sleep, have insomnia, tired of anything, and decide everything without thinking carefully first. terrible, isn't it? I've feel it. does it mean I can't be success? no! I should can be control my emotions! then, I've learned some how to control my emotions when I was getting emotions, first, take a deep breath, hold for 10 second, then release. afterwards, shut up and start thinking clearly. and you'll be much better. trust me, it works! hehehe
